- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
詳細内容Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, considering the specific requirements of ADAS technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze ADAS system requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, while considering ADAS-specific complexities.
Assess potential risks and challenges related to ADAS development and establish effective mitigation strategies.

Agile Development and Scrum Master:
- Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and guide the project team on Agile principles, values, and practices, ensuring effective implementation of Scrum methodology.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and adaptive planning.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success.

Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead the project team in executing Automotive projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address any issues that may impact project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADAS components into existing vehicle systems, while ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of ADAS features and functionalities, leveraging your ADAS expertise to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management:
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, to foster effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements related to ADAS development.
- Proactively address any concerns or conflicts that may arise among stakeholders, leveraging your ADAS knowledge to find optimal solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes, lessons learned, and industry advancements in ADAS technology.
- Share your ADAS expertise with the team, promoting knowledge transfer and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of ADAS best practices, processes, and tools, ensuring continuous enhancement of project execution and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in autonomous driving technologies, ROS2, and Autoware, and incorporate relevant innovations into the system architecture.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to align architectural decisions, foster collaboration, and ensure compatibility and interoperability with external systems.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and oversee the integration and testing of software components to ensure architectural integrity and system performance.
- Support system integration activities and participate in the deployment and validation of autonomous driving software on target platforms.
