関連経験を有する方、ビジネスレベルの英語力を有する方歓迎

As an IT Help Desk Support Specialist, support VIPs and about 250 users for client's HQ office, manage computers and join local/global meetings and projects.
-Support VIPs and users on-site or remotely
-Support a web meeting with MS team or Live event
-Prepare and manage user computers and iPhones
-Attend local/global meetings and projects
-Communicate with global teams for troubleshooting (English)
-Support on-boarding
-Troubleshoot PC, iPhone, Wi-Fi, Printer and so on
-Escalate an issue to global team
-More than 3 years of experience supporting VIP and users for medium and large organization.
-Strong Knowledge and experience as an administrator for Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and 365 apps.
-Japanese / English: Business level.


Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
-Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.
-Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management best practices is a plus.
-Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
-A TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or an equivalent level of English skill level.
-JLPT N2 certificate or higher, or an equivalent level of Japanese skill level to be able to support users fully in Japanese language
