Proven experience in recruitment (particularly within the IT industry).
Experience in global recruitment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Knowledge and experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience in technical recruitment.
Experience working abroad.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related tools.
