詳細内容 | Main Purpose:
1) Provide daily application support for ECOM / Wholesale users as level 2 (L2)
2) Coordinate and Support system testing with business users.
3) Approach support members in HQ (Level 3) in case of complex issues
4) Support project implementation or system upgrade
5) Create or update system manuals and provide user training
Responsibilities:
Key responsibility 1 : Daily application support
• Solve the incidents received from the business users
• Provide workaround solutions when sooner solution is not available
• Monitor and improve support service to business
• Update documents / create new ones as required to explain to users and reduce the incidents
• Summarize system documents for team knowledge sharing
Key responsibility 2 : System testing with business users
• Understand the test content and communicate the change to users
• Prepare, coordinate and support for the tests with business users and global IT
• Key responsibility 3 : Coordination between Global and local
• Following up incident resolution
• Support the business in communicating the priority and contents of issues / requests with the Global team
Key responsibility 4 : Support system implementation
• Support of each tasks during the projects such as IT test, UAT, user training, deployment, system hyper-care after go-live.
