詳細内容	Main Purpose 1) Provide daily local support (technical & functional . module) to Key Users within Business Foundations team for LE domain and partially SD or MM domain. 2) In the framework of releases, participate to regional enhancements analysis, test data creation, testing and implementation. Support Key Users testing. 3) Act as facilitator to optimize interaction between Regional Business and the Global Level 3 members. Responsibilities: Key responsibility 1 : Daily local support • Solving, tracking and reporting issues by communicating with Key-users and Global SAP team on the following domains : SAP LE • Monitoring support SLA and submit management reports regularly Key responsibility 2 : SAP Release support • Supporting and coordinating Key-Users’ tests and procedure/manual updates during the urgent or regular SAP releases. • Prepare test data for user test • Coordination of the non-regression testing • Support the maintenance of documentation • Support other team on LE processing Key responsibility 3 : Coordination between Global and local • Following up incident resolution and releases • Support the business in communicating with Global team
