| 詳細内容 | Roles and responsibilities:
・Strong Project Management support for team – local project tracking, interfacing with regional/global project teams, co-ordinating between local teams and departments, risk and issue problem tracking and resolution, supporting parallel run testing, governance material, client communication material and tracking, preparing material for testing.
・Will be working across a number of key projects.
・Will also contribute to other governance / planning work for the team (eg non-project governance material, co-ordinating material for client presentation) as required.
・Bilingual reading/writing/listening/speaking to communicate with local & global teams (tech, business, finance, etc).
・Experience in banking desirable – particularly in customer biling, payments.
・Projects are complex in nature so logical mindset, strong co-ordination skills across groups/locations, sensitivity to Japan culture and working within global culture, ability to get up to speed quickly so they are able to understand roles & complexities & overview of what we are managing. |
