具体的な仕事内容Duties and Responsibilities:
The sales manager will be responsible for all new business development in Japan and or target account penetration utilizing consultative/solution selling for any Hitech customers
Build & Deliver the Revenue Plan for the Geography/ Vertical/ Segment
Build & Manage the Direct Sales & Business Development Organization
Work in close synchronization with the internal practice teams - Managed Services/ Delivery in the defining of the market requirement and go-to-market strategy
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Ensure customer satisfaction in projects delivery and thereby grow existing business
Build & Develop indirect Sales Channel/ Alliances
Exploit existing network/ relationship to network & create lasting relationships with Clients
Position will carry direct Sales Quota
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and services
応募資格Mandatory Attributes:
Experience in selling enterprise software services or solutions
Demonstrated performance in Complex Solution/ IT Service Sales to large multinational clients
Should have had a Fast Track growth path right through the career
Should be self driven, independent with the strong history of high sales achievement (consistently over 100% quota-verifiable).
Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation and Cost Sensitive
Financial management experience: estimating, budgeting, pricing, risk assessment
Solid Network & Relationship at CxO level and SBU heads
Should have very good local industry knowledge
Should be conversant with the local regional language and culture
Open to Intensive Travel
Experience in helping clients to identify, evaluate, and implement IT outsourcing
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment
Hard-working, detailed, quality and deliverable-oriented
Strong, reference able track record with customers, channels and employers.
Experience with both direct and indirect sales channels.
Compelling, powerful references.

具体的な仕事内容- Able to build CxO/CIO relationships with Fortune 500 Japanese multinational enterprises
- Able to assist originate SI deals in EAS areas and close with solution architecture and customer buy-in building over 10m+ USD.
- Native Japanese Capability with professional English capability in both written and oral communication (TOEIC over 900 for example).
- Multiple SI Project Management and hands-on consulting/delivery/development experiences hopefully with offshore uses (Hands-on are important)
- Cultural sensitivity to effectively adapt Indian Operating models while having a strong management/business mind and goal orientation with Go Getter attitude
- Ability to estimate the projects and structure the execution/governance delivery organization and teams; monitor the projects against the plan v. actual progression with CMMI quality management methods and other scientific management style such as Earned Valued Managements etc.
- Strong domain in some business areas, hopefully in Manufacturing/SCM areas with also some financial exposure.
- Multiple ERP/SCM/CRM package experiences with major implementations for large Japanese MNCs and rollout/upgrade/instance-consolidations.
- Infrastructure knowledge and experiences are nice to have.
- Transparent communication and articulate capability
- Strong Technical knowledge and orientation.
- ASM/AMS transition experiences highly desirable.
- Effective and powerful presentation capability in both English and Japanese
