| 詳細内容 | We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
・Collaborate with business users to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements, translating them into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
・Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
・Create process flow diagrams and other visual documentation to represent business processes and identify areas for improvement.
・Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for optimization in current processes and systems.
・Support development and testing phases by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
・Assist in change management efforts, including creating user documentation, conducting training and supporting end-users during system rollouts. |
