• レガシーからSAPへの移行、マイグレーションのプロジェクトを推進されたご経験
※プロジェクトではProject ManagerとしてHands-onでご経験されていた方を優先いたします。
• Language: Japanese (Native Level / JLPT N1) / English (Business Level)
• Have worked on medium to large transformation projects and support projects
in multi-vendor environment
• Have worked on SAP migration projects, Rise with SAP, Private cloud
• Strong experience in SAP Consulting, project management and Quality
management.
• Globally recognized project management certification is desired.
• Able to run the program independently.
• Team management experience to guide individual consultants as well as
collaborate with local and global teams.

• リスクマネジメント（リスク内容の想定から発生時の対応策の実施など）
• Agile knowledge explicitly is needed though it may be a part of Activate.
• Knowledge of cutover steps and Data migration is required

• Proactive to identify potential risks/ its mitigation plan.
• Good exposure on project governance reporting
