・Basic Health & Safety management per Japan regulation (If no license of Japanese Health & Safety Officer, should be get the license within 6 months)

Qualifications:

・Candidate must have a minimum of six to ten years’ experience in the corporate Facility Management industry.

・Ability to influence through leadership, strong written/verbal/numeric communication, experience with managing virtual teams, track record of delivering a strategic plan, possessing expertise in real estate services.

・Candidate must possess previous experience in a strategic leadership role within a Facilities Management environment. Qualifications that include designations such as Certified Facility Manager, Professional Facility Manager, Health & Safety Manager or others are a plus.

・Management experience in both a mandated and non-mandated (highly matrixed) business environment.

・Ability to manage detailed financial budgets.

・Experience in creating, implementing and managing facilities processes.

・Demonstrates the necessary sensitivity to manage cultural differences between countries.

・Clear understanding of strategic planning, management and leadership.

・Ability to manage controversial/complex situations, client relationships.
詳細内容This position will be based out of the Tokyo Japan as the GWS Manager (Workplace Solutions Group). The person appointed to this position will implement and coordinate all facets of Facility Management services as well as Health & Safety Management.

・Ability to manage multiple program initiatives in an environment that is in constant change.

・Works within the facilities/admin department to leverage existing knowledge and process with groups such as HR, Real Estate, IT etc.

・Develop accurate and attainable regional capital and operating expense budgets and forecasts.

・Build strong regional community around facilities/admin to help drive improvements.

・Use knowledge of facility management strategies to proactively anticipate needs based on industry trends.

・Manage portfolio through standard facilities metrics identifying opportunities for cost/process improvements.

・Works within the facilities/admin department to leverage existing knowledge and process with groups such as HR, Real Estate, IT etc.
