・Experience in Ad server platform products like Ad Manager/DFP, Ad Sense, Ad Exchange, Google Tag Manager (Not mandatory).
詳細内容Responsibilities:
・Support Customer queries, Investigate and troubleshoot the issues during usage of the advertisement tool
・Troubleshoot html, css and javascript code page implementation
・Maintain high CSAT through accurate troubleshooting & excellent customer service skills
・Provide a technical support to clients via only email
・Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs such as Quality & efficiency

Minimum Qualification:
・BtoC, BtoB support
・Minimum : 12 months experience
・Web Development
・Minimum : write/read code(HTML/JS/CSS)
・B.E/B Tech (CS/IT), BCA or BSc comp
