主なスキル	・5+ years' experience in system design and development for automotive front headlamp systems: AHB (Auto High Beam), ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam) ・Experience with ADAS functions—particularly front camera integration—is a strong plus. ・Knowledge and application of A-SPICE SYS1–3 processes. ・Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity in the system domain. ・Proficiency in system FTA, FMEA, and related quality assurance methodologies. ・Business proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3+) and English (TOEIC 800+)
詳細内容	・Analyze customer requirements and develop system-level architecture for automotive lighting and ADAS integration. ・Create functional block diagrams, dividing responsibilities between hardware and software subsystems. ・Perform system design reviews to ensure minimal variation across vehicle models. ・Collaborate with software and hardware teams to define and align specifications. ・Execute system-level FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode). ・Ensure system compliance with A-SPICE SYS1–3, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and cybersecurity requirements at the system domain level.
