主なスキル	・8+ years of experience in automotive mechanical design and development, ideally within HVAC systems. ・3+ years of proven project leadership or management experience. ・Strong understanding of ASPICE Level 2 and functional safety (ISO 26262) standards. ・Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with Japanese business practices. ・Hands-on experience with PLM tools, preferably Windchill. ・Solid knowledge of automotive electronic control systems and HVAC unit architecture. ・Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+), English, and Chinese (preferred).
詳細内容	・Lead and manage end-to-end development of automotive HVAC design projects. ・Gather and analyze client requirements, and coordinate design efforts with offshore and onshore teams. ・Define and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables. ・Collaborate with international suppliers and cross-functional internal teams. ・Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issue resolution.
