・Call center agent and support of a training booking nature may also include entailing online proctor /supervisor job.
・Provide information to the customer regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues to meet the quality standard.
・Able to work independently and able to work effectively in a team while enthusing others to do the same for the achievement of common goals of the team
