| 詳細内容 | - Secure the scope change/new scope for the CAB affected VMS in the project.
- Initiate the CAB packaging meetings with the cross functional teams on the technical feasibility of the design proposals from packaging perspective. Document and maintain the CAB packaging log.
- Lead to secure the CAD modules/parts/DSMs in the project scope for the impacted aggregates.
- Check the quality of the documented CAD data.
- Perform clash analysis, kinematic analysis, interface check.
- Analyse the vehicle level dynamic studies for the impacted components
- Lead the review meetings at each development loop/Gate as agreed in the project
- Participate and discuss the issues in the CAB packaging meetings for resolution of the issues.
- Maintain the section Book for critical interfaces in CAB.
- Discussion with the ETLs and support for the technical instructions to the product design for DSMs update (styling data).
- Receive and document the DSMs from the Product design and document the cad data in PLM
- Responsible for the A, B and C interfaces freeze in the project. Discussions with - Platform responsible and the cross functional ETLs for agreement on the interface freeze.
- Documentation of the interface details (master sections, interface areas, critical dimensions) in phoenix after approval in the Platform meetings.
- Participate in the EDR meetings called by the ETLs from CAB packaging for the Release of the DCNs.
- Be a part of the concept review meetings from CAB and provide inputs from packaging.
- Support the CAB Geometric assurance team with updated CAD data for the Tolerance stack up studies |
