主なスキル	・N1 or Native level of Japanese (N2+ with exceptional conversation and reading/writing skills can be considered) ・Knowledge of project management techniques and tools like JIRA, Confluence ・Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle. ・Demonstrate solid client facing skills. ・Strong organizational skills including the ability to balance multiple assignments. ・Demonstrate attention to detail and quality, as well as the ability to learn applications quickly. ・Customer service skills and the ability to relate well to users and to manage relationships with other organizations. ・Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and process oriented. ・Excellent oral and written communication skills. ・Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment. ・Knowledge of data migration and system integration methodologies ・Should be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
詳細内容	・Leading the planning and implementation of project ・Communicating effectively with stakeholders 　　-Interpretation in meeting whenever interpretation is required. 　　-Translation of various project documents ・Defining of project scope, goals, and deliverables ・Defining project tasks and resource requirements ・Coordinating and communicating with project staff to show results. ・Planning and scheduling project timelines ・Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools ・Providing direction and support to project team ・Risk and Quality Management ・Constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders ・Presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions ・Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. ・Project evaluations and assessment of results
