The Cost Controller works towards Data aggregation, Preparing and analysing purchase orders and other day to day task
Responsibilities:
- To review and approve purchase requests raised by related BU on a timely basis, based on agreed SLA.
- To understand the approved budget of each BU and Monitor, control the consumption of said budget in the daily course of business.
- To review and analyse weekly forecast submission by BUs and notify for necessary ammendments
- Submit weekly forecast after correvction to BP team.
- Analysis of BU monthly results
- Keep tracking BU results for next month and ensure result optimization.
- Remind, follow-ups and help BUs in budgeting.
- proactively identify risks and issues on the activities |
