・Collaborate with L2 teams to escalate complex technical issues and follow up on problem resolution.
・Set up and configure monitor and peripherals for new hires and existing employees.
・Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, and system optimizations.
・Support with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, as needed.
・Maintaining health check of all the meeting rooms and support events.
・Maintaining health check of printers and video conference devices.
・Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
・Maintaining Hardware inventories and manage stocks and disposal. |
