・Fluent in business-level Japanese

Preferred Qualifications
・Strong team player who can flex with competing priorities.
・Understanding of enterprise storage and troubleshooting (SAN, NAS and Fiber Channel)
・Knowledge of the Adobe CC suite and troubleshooting
・Experience with endpoint management (JAMF, SCCM, Workspace One)
・Basic understanding of LDAP and security group management
・Experience with virtualization setup - eg. HyperV
・Experience troubleshooting using a command-line interface. |

| 詳細内容 | Job Summary
As part of a global engineering team, provide white-glove break/fix response, fulfill requests, maintain ticket SLAs, write knowledge base articles, and maintain edit stations, booth systems and other studio equipment in a mixed Macintosh / Windows-based environment.
On-site.
Must be fluent in English.
Hours are 8am . 5pm OR 9am to 6pm. Monday through Friday. |
