詳細内容We are seeking L2/L3 level technical support engineers to provide support for products from a major network equipment manufacturer (routers, switches, security devices, etc.). Specific responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network equipment
Responding to technical inquiries from customers
Assisting with network design and optimization
Performing software and hardware upgrades and maintenance
Creating and managing technical documentation
