To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)

RoleSrResponsibilities :
- Solution DesignArchitecture:
o Design and develop scalable, automated infrastructure solutions using Ansible and OpenStack.
o Create detailed architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- AutomationDevelopment:
o Develop and maintain Ansible Playbooks to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
o Implement and optimize processes for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Infrastructure Management:
o Ensure seamless integration of NFV, SDN, and cloud-native technologies into the client’s infrastructure.
o Evaluate and implement solutions for storage, networking, and compute systems in telecom environments.
- Client Interaction:
o Work closely with telecom clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide technical guidance.
o Use your Japanese language skills to facilitate customer interactions and ensure clear communication.
- Team Collaboration:
o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. |
